These vintage glass imitation stones date to the 1940's/50's, but have the most lovely modern effect to them with a milky, translucent glass that has a stripe of colour running through it with a metallic gold foil backing. Hypnotic to look at, these octagon shaped stones would certainly make for a stunning addition to a variety of projects.
